When the urine passage in the penis , is not formed then this condition is called hypospadias .These boys can undergo repair  of this urethral malformation using advanced plastic surgery techniques with very good results.

This is a  very common disorder wherein the  urine  passage from the kidney into the ureter is narrow and therefore the kidney starts developing stagnation of urine .These children can be  completely cured  by pyeloplasty  surgery . which can be performed open surgically but also successfully laparposcopically in children more than 3 yrs
